1️⃣ Standard (Non-Custom) Products

We have a 14-day return policy for standard, non-custom products.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@nulalunacrafts.com before sending any items back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2️⃣ Custom & Personalised Products (Wall Decals)

All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised wall decals are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Custom sizes

  • Personalised designs

  • Products printed specifically for your order

Please note:

  • Measurement errors are not eligible for return

  • Design preferences or change of mind are not eligible

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

By placing an order for a custom product, you confirm that you have reviewed all product details carefully.


3️⃣ Wallpaper (Made-to-Order)

All wallpapers sold on our website are printed individually for each customer based on the selected dimensions and material.

For this reason, wallpapers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Please note:

  • Wallpapers are produced specifically for your order

  • Measurement errors or incorrect wall dimensions provided by the customer are not eligible for return

  • Colour variations due to screen settings are not considered defects

By placing a wallpaper order, you confirm that all measurements and selections are correct.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at

  • the product

  • the packaging

  • the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping.
