Can the decals be removed from the wall afterward?

Yes. Our peel and stick decals are designed to be removable and reusable. However, ease of removal depends on a few factors:

— Wall condition: thin or old paint may be affected

— Paint type: matte/flat paints are more sensitive than gloss

— Duration: the longer the decal is on, the more the adhesive sets

— Environment: humidity and temperature play a role

How do I remove the decals without damaging my wall?

1. Start at a corner or edge and peel slowly and gently

2. Maintain a steady, consistent pace — don't rush

3. Keep the peeling angle as close to 180° as possible (pulling back onto itself)

4. If unsure, consult a professional — especially for larger decals

How to Apply Your Wall Decal — Ready in Under an Hour

No tools, no professional help, no mess. Our decals are made from Mediatex® textile — softer and more forgiving than vinyl, with a natural matte finish that looks hand-painted on your wall.

1. Prepare your wall
Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Wipe away any dust or grease with a damp cloth and let it dry fully. Avoid applying on freshly painted walls — wait at least 3–4 weeks after painting.

2. Plan your layout
Hold the decal against the wall and use painter's tape to mark your desired position before committing. Step back and check the placement from a distance.

3. Peel & stick
Slowly peel the backing away while pressing the decal firmly onto the wall with your hand or a soft card. Work from the centre outward for even contact.

4. Smooth it out
Run your fingers gently across the surface to ensure full contact. The textile material is flexible and forgiving — it won't trap air bubbles like vinyl decals do.

5. Step back and enjoy
That's it. No drying time, no waiting — your room is transformed instantly.

How to clean around your wall decal

Our Mediatex® textile decals are durable and easy to maintain — but a little care goes a long way, especially in nurseries and kids' rooms.

Cleaning the wall around the decal

Use a lightly damp cloth to wipe the wall surface around the decal. Avoid soaking the edges — excess moisture can weaken the adhesive over time. Always wipe gently rather than scrubbing.

Cleaning the decal itself

If the decal gets dusty or lightly marked, gently dab the surface with a barely damp cloth. Do not rub vigorously — the textile surface is matte and can show marks if scrubbed. Avoid chemical cleaners, sprays, or anything abrasive.

In nurseries and kids' rooms

Our decals are PVC-free and certified safe for children's spaces. For sticky fingerprints or light marks, a dry microfibre cloth is usually enough. For tougher spots, a barely damp cloth with no cleaning products works best.

14-Day Return Policy — Standard Products

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us at sales@nulalunacrafts.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalised Wall Decals — Non-Returnable

All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised wall decals are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes custom sizes, personalised designs, and products printed specifically for your order. Measurement errors and change of mind are not eligible for return.

Wallpaper — Non-Returnable

All wallpapers are printed individually per order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@nulalunacrafts.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. If approved, we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Wall Damage During Removal

Our decals are designed to be removable, but removability depends on factors outside our control — wall paint quality, age, surface preparation, paint type, and environmental conditions. Issues related to removal, adhesion, or surface damage are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
